  • Business account information (name, WhatsApp number)
  • Customer phone numbers and WhatsApp messages
  • AI-generated responses
  • Technical data such as IP address and browser type

3. How We Use Information

Data is used only to operate the service, automate replies, show conversation history to business owners, and improve platform reliability.

4. WhatsApp & Meta Platform

Lanad integrates with the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) provided by Meta. Messages are processed only with business authorization and are never used for advertising.

5. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect stored data against unauthorized access or misuse.

6. Data Retention

Data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the service. Business owners may request deletion at any time.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. Data may be shared only with Meta/WhatsApp for message delivery or when required by law.

8. User Rights

Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their data by contacting us.

9. Children’s Privacy

Lanad is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years old.
